Free delivery all the online purchases made through the official website Italian deliveries are made by TNT. Worldwide deliveries are made by DHL.

We ship Worldwide except Russian Federation. For the orders made in Italy it is only possible to ship inside the Italian country. For the orders made in the European Union (Italy excluded) and in the Extra-Cee countries it is possible to select one of the countries of the covered geographical area as place of destination.

Deliveries in Italy and Europe MC2 Saint Barth delivers in Italy and the European Union in two working days circa for the orders made from Monday to Friday within 10:00 am (no deliveries on Saturday). For the islands and the under-served locations, the delivery could take place in 2-4 working days circa. Deliveries in the Extra-Cee Countries In the Extra-Cee Countries the delivery time could vary from 3 to 5 working days depending on the destination’s place and on the customs. Please remind it is not possible to make returns or changes for the Extra-Cee orders.

For the Extra-Cee countries’ shipments, import duties are charged to the customer. The relevant price is a percentage of the total amount of the bill which depends on the destination’s places.

You can check the status of your shipment on the wall of your Registration’s Account. After the processing of your payment’s order the status is “Complete” and you will receive an email with the tracking number. If you don’t receive the email try to check also the “ spam” box or contact our Customer Service.

In order to garantee the proper delivery times, we ask you to fill all the blanked spaces required for the shipping address. We ask you to insert the name of the company, offices or public activities and their opening hours when it is not a home delivery. MC2 Saint Barth is not responsable for any delay or damage of the products. If you receive a damaged or tampered packaging, we ask you to refuse the delivery or, eventually, to sign the monitoring reservation. It is warmly recommended to take a picture of the packaging, after and before opening it. In case of delivery refusal, shipping costs for the delivery and the re-entry of the goods will be deducted from the the refund. TNT provides a second try for deliveries in case of absence of the recipient. After this second try, your order will be stocked at the closest TNT warehouse. In case of absence of the recipient DHL shall send a message with a telephone number in order to arrange a new delivery or the pick-up at the warehouse. Stock costs are charged to the customer, starting from the 4°day (for deliveries made by TNT) and from the 15° day (for deliveries made by DHL).
